The Guardian
The Guardian consists of 630 well-planned homes in the two tallest residential towers in Calgary. The collection is defined by striking modern architecture, with clean lines and refined detailing. Design-driven interiors feature elevated finishes and fixtures, combining to create homes that emphasize liveability in the heart of the historic Victoria Park neighbourhood of downtown Calgary.
Evergreen Ridge
Evergreen Ridge is an expansive Calgary community of over 1,300 single-family homes and over 200 multi-family homes, all designed and built with careful attention to detail and tailored for comfortable, family-friendly living. The 260-acre master-planned development includes an abundance of green space and access to a lush riverside park, with an on-site community centre and elementary school. This is where families grow together, and neighbours become lifelong friends.

Centre Crossing
Chinatown Calgary is a significant mixed-use development on the largest undeveloped site in Calgary’s historic Chinatown neighbourhood— on the city’s most central intersection. . Designed by acclaimed architects Perkins + Will, the collection seamlessly integrates into the contemporary urban fabric of its prime downtown location, an energetic streetscape of retail and restaurants. The collection combines 530 residential units and 150 hotel units in three towers, with 40,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
