Position Summary:

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing is seeking a 1st shift Polisher/Deburr Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will: Looking for a highly skilled and motivated hand polisher with experience in aerospace products for 1st shift

Position Responsibilities

• Assure the manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings
• Adhere to all department and Company quality standards
• Check product dimensions utilizing proper equipment
• Refer any issues regarding Deburr and Manual Operations areas to senior leads or supervisors
• Assure compliance to all department and Company quality standards
• Record, as required, all productivity on Company system
• Clean and maintain machinery according to department and Company standards
• Adhere to all Company safety regulations
• Manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings
• The ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Familiarity with dremil tools, polishing wheels, buffing wheels, and Cratex polishing
• Familiarity with high speed Dotco guns

Qualifications:

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Ability to use go/no go gauges
• Ability to use dial calipers

Education:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
