Description
Summer internship with daily repeating responsibilities and a capstone project
DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend team/project/1:1 meeting.
- Work closely with and support Plant Finance Team with reporting and other monthly deliverables.
- Assist with Accounts Payable clean-up activities
- Complete Cummins Learning Center Training assigned CAPSTONE PROJECT
- Support the plant finance teams in preparing for the annual operating plan (AOP) process with initial template setup and data gathering
- Complete a presentation to showcase all projects completed during the internship. This presentation should cover the necessary training, methods employed, and demonstrations of the project work.
Qualifications
SKILLS
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong computer skills required, to include basic computer navigation, typing, data entry
- Experience working with the following Microsoft Suite software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills
High School Diploma (in process)
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range for this position is $14.81 - $17.81. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
