The Medical Hospital/Healthcare AM for Cytiva is responsible for achieving sales projection in the given territory (Midwest), to include water, anesthesia, IV and surgical smoke filtration devices. This position is part of the Medical Hospital and Healthcare Sales Team located in the Midwest and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: Develop and manage relationships with hospital accounts within assigned territory for the Medical Business that foster growth Work closely with sales team and clinical sales specialist to identify targets and utilize resources to increase account penetration and grow the medical business. Use DBS tools specifically funnel management, growth rooms, and action planning to build a territory plan to increase territory sales. Who you are: 6+ years of relevant work experience in medical consumable sales with 2+ years of relevant work experience with JIT/GPO/IDN organizations Bachelor’s degree in business or applied sciences from an accredited university. Demonstrates strong computer competencies including Microsoft Office and CRM Track record of success performing against sales goals and quotas Working well independently and as part of a remote team At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. The salary range for this role is $95,000-$115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
