What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide technical support for Epic Inpatient applications, ensuring optimal use across clinical operations
Collaborate with clinicians to design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain Epic and associated systems
Develop and maintain documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions for system deficiencies with minimal supervision
Participate in cross-functional projects, communicating project status and updates to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of two (2) years of IT systems and/or operational experience if holding a Bachelor's degree
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a team environment
Highly responsive to internal customers and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Epic systems or similar healthcare IT applications
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Strong problem-solving skills in technical environments
Understanding of inpatient clinical workflows and healthcare processes
Previous involvement in system design and implementation projects
