What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing high-volume restaurants with $4M+ in annual sales
• Strong P&L management skills
• A natural leader who thrives on developing others and demonstrates emotional intelligence
• Bar experience is a must; wine knowledge is a bonus
• A minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience with a successful leadership track record
• A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
