About The Role
Modalways is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects. This role works closely with Project Managers and internal teams to help ensure projects are organized, documented, and progressing according to schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in project coordination within a technology-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with daily coordination of software, cloud, and automation projects.
Help track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications related to projects.
Monitor task progress and flag potential issues or delays.
Assist with preparing status reports and project summaries.
Ensure project activities follow company procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
