At Moorehead Dentistry, we are seeking a detail-focused, analytical, and highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our thriving private practice in Batavia, OH. Our current associate is relocating to another city and will pass their current general dentistry patient base and patient flow on to this next associate! Work alongside as well as independently of both the owning dentist, (who focuses on IV Sedation, orthodontics, surgery and Implants) and another on-site associate dentist.

What You’ll Do:

• Independently manage general dentistry cases while collaborating with specialists on IV sedation, orthodontics, implants, and endodontics.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology (CBCT, Intraoral 3D scanners, digital x-rays) to ensure the highest accuracy in diagnostics and treatment.
• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care, focusing on efficiency, predictability, and precision.
• Work in a high-support environment, benefiting from a dedicated COO and office manager and mentorship from experienced doctors.
• Take part in a rapidly growing, process-driven practice that prioritizes best-in-class patient experience.
