General Dentist – Full-Time

Winterholler Dentistry, a highly rated private practice in Helena, MT, is hiring a full-time General Dentist . We offer excellent pay, benefits, and a supportive, no-pressure work environment—perfect for a dentist seeking clinical autonomy and work-life balance.

• $200,000–$300,000/year
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Benefits: Health Insurance & 401(k)

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams, including X-rays and oral cancer screenings
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions such as cavities, periodontal disease, and infections
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals
• Administer local anesthesia as needed for pain management
• Educate patients on preventative care and oral hygiene
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure exceptional care
• Maintain accurate digital records (Epic EMR)
• Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a safe, sterile environment
• Stay current with CE and advancements in dentistry

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Montana dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Proficient in EMR systems and digital dentistry tools
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to lifelong learning

Ability to Relocate:

• Helena, MT 59601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
