Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Model Based Systems Engineer (Configuration Management) to join the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) team in Hazelwood, MO. This position is contingent upon a future contract award.

In this role, you will support the development and implementation of configuration management processes in MSOSA to meet customer expectations.

Position Responsibilities

• Supports the development of new and innovative methods and technologies, for change management within Magic Systems of Systems Architect (MSOSA).
• Contributes to the implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes and tools within MSOSA.
• Support the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into MSOSA.
• Provide input to continuously improve MBSE CM training, processes, and tools.
• Assist with training in the utilization of processes and tools

• Assist in providing configuration management, coordinating changes and performing assessments of compliance
• Work under general supervision

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.   An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 2+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience creating MBSE systems models in Cameo, Magic Systems of Systems Architect (MSOSA), or similar software
• Secret Clearance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  Summary pay range: $88,400 – $119,600
