Job Title: Associate UX Content Strategist

Location: Hybrid (3x/week onsite in San Diego, CA or Acton, MA)

Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Associate UX Content Strategist to join our UX team. In this role, you’ll write clear, engaging, and user-friendly content that supports mobile app-based products. Your work will directly enhance the experience of patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by creating content that simplifies complex information and improves outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with design, research, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute UX content strategies
• Write persuasive, accessible UX copy that aligns with brand voice, tone, and style
• Ensure consistency and clarity across digital experiences
• Lead content revision processes and manage stakeholder alignment
• Communicate strategic decisions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams
• Provide peer reviews and contribute to the growth of UX content standards
• Apply empathy and creativity to solve user challenges

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Creative Writing, English, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in UX writing/editing for mobile app-based products
• Strong applied writing skills and understanding of UX design principles
• Familiarity with design and collaboration tools (Figma, JIRA, Miro)
• Ability to work in an agile environment and meet deadlines
• Bonus: Experience in medical device development or diabetes-related content
