My name is Chuck. I own RCC Automotive in Romeo MI. and we have expanding & rebranded to all makes & all models. Yes we still repair Diesels, but we need another high level Diesel/Gasoline Technician to add to our already amazing staff. 

I know what it is like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. I know how it feels to not have my voice heard. To work with broken or no shop tools. To feel like nothing I do matters. I was that employee for a long time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 9 hour shift

Experience:

• Automotive repair: 5 years (Required)
• Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (Required)
• Diesel Experience: (Required)

Responsibilities 

• Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business 
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Wright your own estimates. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or State Certifications
• Strong team player attitude and communications skills are required
