The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next BMW Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Wyoming Valley BMW, the Experienced Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles. The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with over 25 brands of new vehicles and 50+ dealerships throughout seven states. Our strength comes from the more than 3,500 employees nationwide. Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• BMW Trained Automotive Service Technician experience (2-4 years)- required
• Valid State Safety & State Emissions - required
• ASE certification desirable- preferred
• Excellent customer service- required
• Strong communication skills- required
• Valid Driver’s License- required
