Autonomous Vehicle and Test Operator - Atlanta, GA

Pay: $25.00 per hour (Part-time only: 2–3 shifts per week)

Schedule:
7-day coverage between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Variable shifts)

Autonomous Vehicle and Test Operators in Atlanta, GA. This role is critical to daily vehicle operations, passenger experience, and the testing and validation of autonomous driving technology.
This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge autonomous vehicles and provides potential growth into specialized testing and validation roles as the site transitions toward fully autonomous, driver-out operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with passengers and provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate clearly with Operations and Test and Validation teamsTesting and Validation
  • Operate autonomous vehicles under various driving conditions
  • Execute detailed test cases following specific instructions
  • Provide feedback on vehicle performance, comfort, and overall user experience
  • Conduct daily safety and operational inspections
  • Ensure vehicles meet all operational standards
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors regularly to maintain a professional appearance
  • Follow all traffic laws and company driving protocols
  • Report safety concerns or incidents accurately and promptly
  • Document daily activities, test results, and observations
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Support team members with related tasks as needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Education and Licensing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Experience operating autonomous vehicles is a strong plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Comfort and confidence driving autonomous vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • Adaptability to new technology and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly

Technical Background:
Experience with electronics, mechanical components, or computer systems is a plus
