SUMMARY:
Under Sales Manager supervision, a boat salesperson is responsible for new/used boat buyer customer experience at Broward Motorsports.
Salary plus commissions for the right candidate. Must have a proven track record of sales history and/or a book of business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet customers and introduce them to the dealership
· Assist all customers in making their purchases
· Phone follow up on internet and phone leads
· Assist in organizing vehicle showroom
· Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Previous boat sales experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Strong communication and language skills
· Attention to detail
· General knowledge of boats and watercraft
· Flexibility to switch gears with little notice
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Comfort interacting with a wide range of people and personalities
· Strong follow-up and organization skills
