Job Title: Business Analyst - BI/Analytics Pod

Duration: 6-12+ months contract (Remote)

What you'll do:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for BI and analytics solutions within the Finance Pod.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, data, and IT to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Support the development and implementation of BI dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that drive data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced data insights through analytics.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback to ensure delivery meets business expectations.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, including requirements, workflows, and presentations.
• Act as a liaison for ongoing support and training for BI/analytics tools within the business.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in BI, data analytics, or related financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of BI concepts, analytics methodologies, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with financial services data and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Experience working in agile or iterative project environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
