Adecco is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. This role will be instrumental in the implementation of Axiom software, a critical initiative aimed at enhancing data lineage, governance, and capital management processes while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role offers competitive compensation ($70.42/hour ) over a 12 month contract period with the potential to become a permanent position.

Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 3 days in office, 2 remote

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or consulting industry.

• Proven proficiency in business analytics, data mapping, and Excel.

• Strong SQL and SAS skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with FFIEC 031, FFIEC 101/102, FFIEC 009, FR Y-9C, FR Y-11/12/15 reports.

• Knowledge of BASEL 3 and BASEL 3 Endgame.

• Experience with the Axiom tool.

• Data dictionary creation experience.

• Project management experience.

• Familiarity with Capital and RWA reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Utilize strong business analytics skills to review complex data sets and regulatory reports.

• Perform rigorous quality assurance and completeness checks as part of the Axiom implementation.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

• Update existing procedures and create/update data dictionaries.

• Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Pay Details: $70.42 per hour
