Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the hospitality industry? Armor Brewing Co is seeking a reliable and energetic Busser/Barback to join our dynamic team. As a crucial part of our restaurant's operations, you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clearing and setting tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assisting servers and bartenders by running food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to tables.
• Refilling water glasses, resetting utensils, and ensuring tables are ready for the next guests.
• Removing used dishware, glassware, and utensils to keep the dining area tidy and uncluttered.
• Supporting bartenders in stocking the bar with supplies, restocking glassware, and assisting with drink preparation when needed.
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks as required.
• Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
