Job Duties

Handle inbound customer inquiries with efficiency and empathy
Make outbound calls to support specific campaigns and projects
Capture and enter data accurately into systems

Schedule appointments in a customer-focused environment
Stay informed about campaign details, promotions, and services
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience, including use of automatic dialers and call scripting
Clear, professional, and friendly communication style
Exceptional people skills with a focus on active listening
Strong attendance record and punctuality
Sales experience preferred
High School diploma or GED required
Basic computer literacy, including data entry skills
Comfortable working in an outbound call environment
