Target Compensation:
- $51,667 in your first year, $58,167 in your second year, $65,167 in your third year.
- Competitive hourly pay – your earnings increase with your hours!
- Standard schedule of 45 hours per week (5 working days, 2 days off).

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service: Set the standard by greeting customers positively, identifying their needs, and promoting our car wash services and memberships.
- Address any customer concerns promptly while fostering loyalty through great service.
- Manage daily operations and lead your team to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers.
- Oversee daily operations: Plan and execute store production and staff according to business needs.
- Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain high quality and customer service standards through regular checks and team coaching.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Resolve customer and employee issues efficiently.
- Monitor store inventory and perform regular audits.
Lead your team:
- Provide daily coaching to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop your team through effective training.
- Create a positive work environment aligned with Waterway's values.
- Plan weekly schedules ensuring adequate coverage for all positions.
- Perform various maintenance and safety tasks as needed.
- Participate in all essential functions and support company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Associate's degree or above (or current college senior) OR at least 2 years of experience in supervisory roles, professional sales, or military leadership.
- Available for a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours), including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
- Work outdoors year-round, facing varying weather conditions and exposure to noise and machinery.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Good vision and hearing capabilities.
- Fluent in English for effective communication.
- Regular attendance is essential and may include irregular hours.
