The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced CEI Inspectors for immediate positions to join our dynamic team in South Florida.

In this role, you'll perform technical assignments on roadway and bridge projects, perform inspection activities, provide oversight of contractor operations, and support senior inspection staff - all while helping us drive quality and innovation across the transportation sector.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roadway and bridge construction activities for compliance with project plans and specifications
• Provide daily oversight of contractor operations and field staff
• Perform materials sampling and verification testing
• Interpret plans and apply, specifications, and standards
• Conduct field surveying and construction engineering computations
• Assist Senior Inspectors

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction inspection, 1 year of which shall have been in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection.

Must possess, or previously held/eligible for recertification in the following qualifications/certifications:

• CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level 1
• CTQP Asphalt Paving Level 1
• CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level 1
• CTQP Final Estimates - Level 1
• Nuclear Radiation Safety
• FDOT Intermediate or Advanced TTC/MOT
• Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training
