JOB DESCRIPTION
Join, a major transformation initiative, to lead change management for a unified Source-to-Pay organization. You’ll guide leaders and teams through change, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and communications
• Lead stakeholder engagement, executive alignment, and readiness assessments
• Deliver role-based training and support resources
• Monitor adoption metrics, manage resistance, and ensure sustained benefits
Qualifications:
• Certified in change management (Prosci/ADKAR preferred)
• Proven experience with large-scale transformations
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
