Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Change Manager for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate drives IT strategy and operating model transformation by leading discovery sessions and designing improved operating rhythms.

Rate Range: $64/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Change Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead discovery sessions and analyze operational challenges to design improved operating rhythms and transformation strategies.

• Develop and implement IT strategy frameworks that align with organizational goals and drive efficiency across teams.

• Create executive-ready materials such as presentations, narratives, and strategic documents to communicate recommendations effectively.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of change initiatives.

• Facilitate workshops and storytelling sessions to build consensus and drive adoption of new processes and operating models.

• Monitor progress and manage timelines to ensure transformation projects are delivered on schedule and meet defined objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

• 5–10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operating model design, or organizational effectiveness.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience creating executive-ready materials and leading transformation initiatives.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
