You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 4:15am and end 12:45 pm. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Your main tasks:

• Place insulation on units, and wrap wire when applicable. Check for proper positioning of insulation.
• Inspect parts to insure high quality product. Use of air gun and other tools or fixtures when appropriate.
• Function as a team member of a highly motivated and trained workgroup that upholds team values, quality requirements and the safety and housekeeping requirements for this area.
• Must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to inspect parts on a moving process line.
• Must be capable of working in hot areas.

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to work directly with insulation.
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to stand up to seven (7) hours at a time.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
