Job Description
The CPS Initial Assessment Social Worker is a valuable position within the Human Services Department that provides services to referred children and families suspected of child abuse and/or neglect. The ideal applicant will have strong skills in engagement and family assessment, as well as being able to build rapport and compassion for the families that are being served. This position will require knowledge and understanding of trauma informed care principles.
