We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Client Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping answer questions, provide information, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking for a career change, this is a great opportunity to build valuable skills in customer service, communication, and client relations. Full training is provided—no prior experience required.
Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients in-person or by phone, providing accurate information and helpful support.
Problem Solving: Address client concerns or questions promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Product/Service Knowledge: Become familiar with the services or products we represent to confidently answer questions and guide clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and log interactions as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure a high standard of service.
Follow-Up: Support follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
