Overview Employer Industry: Medical Technology Why consider this job opportunity Salary range up to $114,000 Opportunity for significant incentive compensation through a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for achieving or exceeding goals Flexible benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and tuition assistance Supportive work environment dedicated to employee well-being and development Chance to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes Remote position with the flexibility to manage your territory effectively Job Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and key influencers to demonstrate and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies products Execute Sales Action Plans effectively, requiring personal transportation of inventory Strategize and plan sales calls to hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and doctors’ offices Provide support and service to clinical personnel regarding products in surgical environments Report competitive activities and maintain all records and reports as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years in medical sales; or Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience or Sales Rep I experience with 2 years of additional prior sales or clinical experience Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Medtronic products or in the medical technology field Demonstrated success in a sales environment, especially in surgical technologies Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals Familiarity with cranial and spinal technologies Proven ability to handle and transport demonstration equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr Medtronic
