The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Computer Operator II in Washington, DC to support a local contract .

**Will be subject to a background/credit screen prior to employment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processes scheduled routines that present few difficult operating problems (e.g., infrequent or easily resolved error conditions).
• Oversees and manages daily computer operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately while troubleshooting and resolving more complex issues independently.
• Implements and maintains operational procedures, providing training and guidance to junior operators to enhance team performance and adherence to best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of experience troubleshooting computers.
• Ability to demonstrate and perform technical skills
• Works well under supervision

PAY RATE:
$30.48/hr + H&W

HOURS OF OPERATION
Mon. – Fri. 8:30am – 5pm
Except Federal Holidays
Temporary assignment
