Salary:

The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting their assigned Project Team in planning, scheduling, document control, correspondence, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned concrete construction projects. The candidate will be required to assist their assigned Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications that include, but not limited to:

• Ensure field staff has all updated drawings and information necessary to successfully complete the scope of work
• Contacting vendors and subcontractors for pricing, writing subcontracts and purchase orders
• Participate in buyout of materials & ensuring they are delivered to project as needed
• Submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, communication, documentation, and document control
• Organization, management and distribution of Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications
• Maintain Weather & Production Logs, Concrete Logs, Rebar Delivery Logs, and others as may be required
• Communicate with field team to compile a three week lookahead
• Compile project labor costs and present to project management
• Project mark ups and tracking in Bluebeam
• Attending jobsite meetings, meeting minutes and documentation
• Organize and track Daily Work Reports
• Punch‐List Management
• Potential Travel/Relocation for remote work on-site

The candidate will work with their assigned project manager to help achieve their respective project management objectives. This position reports directly to the assigned Project Manager with dotted line responsibility to the Project Executive.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic fast pace environment
• Superior communication and organization development skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross‐functional teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, Procore, and Microsoft Project

In addition to the above listed minimum requirements, candidates who poses the following skills, experience, and capabilities may receive greater consideration during the evaluation process:

• OSHA Certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• AutoCAD, Tekla
