  • Manage and oversee daily construction activities on data center projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • \n
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide construction efforts.
  • \n
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • \n
  • Ensure quality control by conducting inspections and verifying work meets project specifications.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
  • \n
  • Support the resolution of any on-site challenges to keep the project on track.

A successful Construction Superintendent - Data Center should have:\n
