Commercial Construction Services Description:

Commercial Construction Services (CCS) was founded in 2014 by our in-house construction professional, who has worked as a general contractor in residential, commercial, and healthcare spaces over his nearly 40 years in the construction industry. Role Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from the project superintendent which could include metal stud framing, drywall finishing, acoustical ceiling installation, jobsite cleaning, door and hardware installation, and similar tasks.
• Ensure workplace safety by observing proper worksite safety procedures and utilizing tools and equipment in accordance with operating instructions/manuals.
• Assist the project superintendent with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, securing equipment, procuring materials, coordinating jobsite logistics, and other tasks related to ensuring the jobsite and team are prepared for the workday.
• Maintain relationships with all CCS personnel and subcontractors on the jobsite.

Your Qualifications (The “Must Haves”):

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years’ experience working on commercial and/or healthcare construction sites
• Basic hand and handheld power tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
