Video Content Manager

We're looking for a Video Content Manager who's equal parts video producer/editor, storyteller, and growth marketer. In this role, you'll own Regal's video strategy from end to endconcepting, producing/editing, and distributing compelling video content across channelswhile also experimenting with how that content fuels demand generation and brand awareness.

Whether you're scripting a product explainer, launching a LinkedIn campaign, or testing a short-form video, you will help drive pipeline, increase visibility, and elevate Regal's position as a category-defining AI company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of video content: product explainers, customer stories, social content, brand campaigns, and more
• Own distribution strategy for all video contentoptimizing for LinkedIn, YouTube, paid media, email, and web
• Rapidly test and iterate short-form content formats for growth (e.g., Linkedin videos, TikTok-style B2B ads, YouTube pre-rolls, newsletter embeds)
• Collaborate with leadership and product to simplify complex AI topics into clear, engaging visual narratives
• Launch and measure experimental campaigns that combine content with growth (e.g., OOH, podcasts, LinkedIn boosts)
• Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, CPL, pipeline impact) to refine creative and strategy
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales to align video content with business goals

About You:

• 24 years of experience in content marketing with experience in video
• Track record of relentless ownership with examples where you ran through walls and delivered amazing results.
• Hands-on video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or newer tools like Distro, Veed, Opus or similar)
• Fast learner who loves trying the latest video creation tools
• Deep understanding of video best practices for digital growth channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, paid social, etc.)
• A "growth hacker" mindsetcurious, scrappy, experimental, and fast-moving
• Strong analytical instinctsyou care about how content performs and aren't afraid to pivot fast
• Bonus: experience with paid distribution or storytelling about AI products

$110,000 - $145,000 a year

The reasonably estimated base salary for this role is provided as a range within this job description. All offers include a competitive equity package and some offers may additionally include a variable compensation component. Actual compensation is determined on an individualized basis taking into consideration factors such as the candidate's skills, location, qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition, Regal.io offers a comprehensive set of employee benefits which are listed above. Details about the compensation package will be finalized at the time of offer.

This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F.
