About the Role
Are you fluent in Slovak and English and passionate about social media We are looking for an attentive Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki . In this role you will ensure a safe and positive online environment by moderating usergenerated content for a 24/7 project working shifts to maintain platform safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor review and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate sensitive or harmful content.
• Resolve reported content issues efficiently helping to maintain a safe online community.
• Follow established content moderation procedures with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve content policies and offer feedback on moderation processes.

What Were Looking For :

• Language Skills : Fluent in Slovak and English (written and spoken).
• Work Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Greece.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially graphic content professionally.
• Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to handling issues.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in social media content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not required.
