Position Description: CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a CrowdStrike Engineer. You will play a key role in enhancing the cyber security posture of numerous government agencies by implementing and administering CrowdStrike in a shared service platform. You will lead the deployment, configuration and maintenance of CrowdStrike in a cloud-hosted environment and will support the configuration of the solution for multiple tenants in order to meet each agency's technical requirements. This opportunity will support a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic project focused on improving federal cybersecurity at civilian agencies.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities: •Deploy, configure and maintain CrowdStrike in a secure cloud environment
•Support integration of CrowdStrike data with other applications
•Work with service delivery teams to configure CrowdStrike for tenant agencies.
•Provide network engineering support and troubleshooting as it relates to CrowdStrike integration
•Follow and perform ITIL Incident, problem and requirements management
•Work with the Solution Architect to design and implement solutions that address customer constituency's needs
•Develop and implement product test strategies and documents results for new feature deployments
•Provide documentation, guidance and training to end-users as needed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: •Due to the nature of the contract requirements, US citizenship and successful passing of CGI background check is required prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
•Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work Experience as a Network/System Administrator - supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting systems and Smart Devices (Apple, Android devices like tablet and smart phone, Windows iOS, etc.
•Strong knowledge of ITIL and Security Administration experience: Authentication, Certificate system, etc.
•Ideal candidate can mentor, teach and grow to support growing customer requirements
•Must have great communication and documentation skills
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
•Security relevant certification, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, CEH
•Experience deploying CrowdStrike in a cloud environment
•Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT Security concepts to include vulnerability and patch management, security operations, Incident Management and Incident response
•The candidate must be able to work with other team members and groups, work with competing priorities and possess strong customer focus
•Understanding of federal cybersecurity guidance such as NIST SP 800-37 - Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach and NIST 800-137 - Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500.00 - $235,200.00.
