Job Overview

Duties for the Customer Service Representative will include managing all aspects of the customer service department. Accurately processing inquires and all orders. Follow up on customer complaints and action accordingly. All customer service is online. Provide support to the office management team.

Must be bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities and Duties
Handle online customer orders and refunds
Focus on online customer service to achieve department goals
Work effectively as part of the customer service team to reach all goals
Answer all incoming customer service calls with attention to detail to meet customers needs.
Properly document all activities with precise information for all orders.
Collect data and prepare reports on customer complaints and inquires.
Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to supervisor.
Demonstrate that a customer comes first by serving with a sense of urgency
Check emails daily and reply according to the customer needs
Work closely with other department to resolve customer orders concerns
Perform other duties as assigned.

Judgment and Decision Making Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Reading Comprehension Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
Produce a tangible, positive impact
Knowledge of softwares such as Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, MS Suite, etc.

Requirements
Knowledge of office equipment, printers, and fax machines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Data Entry Skills.
General Math Skills.
Must be bilingual English/Spanish
