JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Dance Teacher at Barron Dance, youll bring our dynamic curriculum to life, teaching students a range of dance stylesthink ballet, jazz, tap, or hip-hopwith skill and passion. Whether its perfecting technique or working in our seasonal recitals, youll guide kids and teens to step confidently into their potential. This is your chance to shape the next generation of dancers, one twirl at a time!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Put safety first, keeping every dancer secure and supportedalways
- Light up classes with a big smile, infectious energy, and animated flaircorrecting moves with a positive beat
- Follow our tailored lesson plans to teach technique and hit curriculum goals, watching dancers leap to new heights
- Shape and refine skills, helping students master their craft with poise and power

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Lift up to 50 lbs with ease to support studio needs
- Rely on sharp vision and hearing to keep every child safe
- Navigate uneven and soft surfaces with steady steps
- Move dynamicallystretching, bending, and squattingwith a strong range of motion
