Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable models and reports to create data driven answers to business questions across the value stream from sales to customer aftermarket support.
• Work with stakeholders in the business to improve existing BI visualizations.
• Monitor, maintain, and support analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query enabled Excel books, Microsoft Power Apps)
• Work with ERP and IT teams to understand the structure of our data systems.
• Required Skills/ Abilities:
• Ability to work cross functionally within the organization with minimal oversight.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI (including Power Query and DAX)
• Knowledge of SQL concepts and capabilities.
• Working knowledge of MS SharePoint / Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in a project-based business, and/or a highly configured product industry a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline: Software, Engineering, Statistics
• 5+ years experience in analytics development and support
• 3+ years in Power BI development

Work Environment
This is primarily a desk-based role, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. While the role is mainly desk-based, mobility within the office, manufacturing facility and customer sites may be required for meetings and interactions with colleagues.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to traverse office, manufacturing facility and customer sites.
