• Private Group started over 40 years ago - "patient first" philosophy
• 4-day work week: Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:30
• 4OPS, 1 Hygiene chair, 1 office Manager, 2 Assistants, and 1 Receptionist
Great team that will be very supportive of incoming DDS
• $1.3 million in billings for 2023
• 10+ New patients monthly
• Averaging 5-11 patients daily
% of Pediatric patients: Less than 20%
• Payer Mix : 100% FFS
• General Dentistry - Crown, Bridge, Implant, surgical and sedation dentistry
• Production Goal/Day - $5500.
Anything $5000 or under, Provider responsible for 25% Lab fees
• EMR- Dentrix & Dexis for digital X-rays
Offering/Benefits:
Compensation is 32%Production - First 60 days hourly Guarantee of $120 or Production (whichever is higher)
