*SIGN ON BONUS : $5,000 FOR FULL TIME $2,500 FOR PART TIME $1,500 FOR PER DIEM *

*Rate: $40/hr*

*Must currently have a the following certifications : *
* Delaware ALS
* NREMT-P
* Delaware EVO
* CPR
* ACLS
* PALS
* PHTLS

*Various Shifts available*

We are currently looking for Paramedics for our Delaware location at GEM Mobile Health. The nature of this work is more clinical and requires specialized training to function as a higher-level clinician versus a more technician role in transport. To be effective in the job, the ideal candidate must be very competent and knowledgeable as well as self-motivated and compassionate. The goal is simply to contribute the best you can to help people in need and save lives.

*Skills Needed:*
* Proven experience as a paramedic
* Excellent communication
* Knowledge of medical procedures, terminology and medications
* Ability to stay calm and make the right decisions in adverse conditions
* Adaptable with a great deal of stamina
* Excellent working knowledge of medical equipment and devices
* Integrity and compassion towards human pain
* Valid driver’s license
* Certified CPR
* High school diploma; Licensed Paramedic is a must

*Preferred:*
* Critical care paramedic experience
* Primary care or Independent Duty Corpsman, Independent Duty Medical Technician
* Community Paramedic Certification through IBSC, CCP-C or FP-C
* BA/BS Degree
