We are ALCO Logistics, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for Amazon . We wear the Amazon uniforms, drive the Amazon branded vehicles, but we are a small, independent company based at Amazon's Downers Grove, IL Delivery station DXH6. We have a very convenient and fast-moving remote hiring process. When you submit your information here, you will be able to immediately start a recorded interview where you simply answer the written questions out loud into your computer or phone camera. What You'll Do: As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive a vehicle, delivering 250-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day if full-time. Team environment: a fun, fast-paced, and supportive company culture Competitive Pay: 22.75/HR STARTING PAY What You'll Need: Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to get in and out of large vehicles 100-200 times daily Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Authorized to work in the United States Equipment Provided: Delivery Vehicle & Gas Handheld technology Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment Shifts 9AM - 730PM, we operate 7 days a week, weekend work required. 3 DAY WEEKS, 4 DAY WEEKS, 5 DAY WEEKS (OT may be available during Prime weeks or Holiday Season) HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 2 WEEKS to COMPLETE.
