Overview Design Manager (We also have an opening for a design engineer if interested in that please apply!) Exciting opportunity for a Design Manager. We are seeking candidates with experience designing automation or industrial systems. Responsibilities Lead design teams and manage design projects for automation or industrial systems. Deliver complex engineering projects on time and within budget. Align engineering initiatives with broader company strategy and collaborate across organizational levels. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; Master\'s degree or MBA preferred. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive engineering experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or management role within a product design environment. Deep expertise in engineering design principles, applied physics, and mechanical/electrical systems. Proven track record of leading successful design teams and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget. Strong business acumen with the ability to align engineering initiatives with broader company strategy. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and BOM workflows. Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably with capital equipment or industrial systems. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
