*Dialysis Registered Nurse Opening in Ridgecrest*

Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse with 12 months experience in dialysis.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL LEARN:*
* Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients.
* Responsible for Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration.
* Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT’s in training.
* Communication with the patient’s nephrologist.
* Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic’s patients.
* Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker Dietitian, Nephrologist, CCHT)
* Upholds and supports company values in words and actions. Speaks respectfully to patients and teammates and strives to follow company policies and procedures, asking when unclear.

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
* California Registered Nurse (RN) required.
* 12 months experience in dialysis required.
* Strong computer literacy and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required.
* Must be a team player and deal in an environment with a flexible schedule.
* Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
* Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.
