Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Our client, a global innovative hospitality group, is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to join their team in Chicago, IL! The Digital Marketing Director will play a critical role in leading and building the company website and conversion strategy, while being responsible for the entire digital journey. Responsibilities: Lead paid media efforts while driving strong results and KPIs. Optimize SEO, including site architecture, technical foundation, keyword support, and editorial content. Support domestic growth through site development. Plan and implement data-driven testing to optimize and personalize the web experience. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the most up-to-date information. Develop a plan to grow opt-in databases for email and drive viewership on websites. Continuously innovate to find new ways to connect with and motivate guests. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience managing digital marketing. Experience in eatertainment is a plus. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing plans from conception to implementation. Ability to lead within a fast-paced environment and deliver amidst demanding timelines. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience sourcing and maintaining web platforms.
