Senior Digital Product Manager – Digital Program

The company is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to drive the evolution of its Digital Program , expanding digital offerings and enhancing member experiences. This role will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, setting strategic priorities, and ensuring seamless execution to align with overall business objectives. Travel industry experience a plus!!

About the Role:

As a Senior Digital Product Manager , you will define and execute the vision for digital , ensuring that products and features meet customer expectations and industry trends. Collaborating across teams, you will spearhead innovation, incorporating AI, personalization, and automation to optimize engagement and streamline the travel booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement a strategic digital roadmap to strengthen the company’s travel services and increase member engagement.
• Lead the development and enhancement of digital products , ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with user needs.
• Drive improvements in web and mobile platforms by collecting insights, prioritizing user-centric features, and refining the travel booking journey.
• Oversee a team of product owners , guiding them in achieving digital travel objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate cutting-edge travel technologies , such as AI-driven personalization and chatbot solutions.
• Establish priorities for product development based on data-driven insights , market research, and evolving business needs.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and ensure digital travel initiatives align with corporate strategy.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s digital travel ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eBusiness, MS&IS, Business, Management , or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product development, or digital programs .
• Background in travel products and operations is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to drive key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital products .
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and their role in optimizing digital interactions.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms, web and mobile technologies (Android & iOS), and related software .
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative consumer research is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (XP environment) is preferred.
