We're currently seeking candidates who can work Saturdays and Sundays.

No prior experience is required.

What You'll Do

Direct Support Professionals at our agency make an impact in the lives of our individuals with developmental disabilities by:

• Mentoring our individuals to live their best lives and achieve their goals.
• Ensuring integration, inclusion, and participation in the community by transporting our individuals to community events and everyday activities in NW Indiana.
• Teaching and assisting individuals with independent living skills, such as meal planning, healthy eating, grocery shopping, hygiene, financial management, cleaning, medication management, and much more.

Requirements:

Who We're Looking For

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance coverage and an acceptable driving record.
• You have a passion for mentoring and making an impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
