Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Dispensary Supervisor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Dispensary General Manager, the Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead dispensary staff in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, customer service, and cash handling.
• Train and coach retail associates to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations governing cannabis retail operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash reconciliation.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify operational improvements and enhance customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cannabis industry or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
