GF Hotels & Resorts has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dual Property General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Westlake and Townplace Suites by Marriott Cleveland Westlake.

Day-to-day duties will involve hiring new employees, training them, managing all hotel departments, and guaranteeing outstanding guest satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience leading a hotel or hospitality team and is dedicated to providing our customers with a 5-star experience. • Spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings
• Empower hotel staff to excel in superior guest service to drive financial success through strong leadership and creative operational strategies
• Guide the leaders of each hotel department in developing goals, objectives, and a plan of action for achieving them
• Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
• Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds

• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
• A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the hospitality field, is required
• Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field
• Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Marriott experience required
• Multi-unit GM ideal
