Cambridge Health Alliance, a nationally recognized, award-winning health system is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Emergency Physician to join our exceptional team. The Cambridge Health Alliance Department of Emergency Medicine staffs two community Emergency Departments and one Urgent Care center located in the Greater Boston area. We provide outstanding and innovative care to a diverse patient population. Our team of more than 40 physicians and physician assistants serve approximately 100,000 patients annually across the three sites and has led us to become a national model for patient flow.

We are looking for a dedicated physician who excels in a collegial environment, is willing to grow professionally and help shape future clinicians. As a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate, we offer ample teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.

CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive base salary. The full time guaranteed base salary range of $290,000-$315,000 is based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus performance bonus.
