As a Communications Representative, you will assist in executing communication strategies to enhance our company's reputation and engage our target audience.
Social Media Agent Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing communication plans to promote company initiatives, events, and achievements.
- Draft and edit content for various communication channels including press releases, newsletters, website, and social media platforms.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
- Respond to inquiries from media, clients, and the public in a timely and professional manner.
- Support in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and corporate communications activities.
- Maintain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in communications, public relations, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
