We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer relations, and who are looking to kick-start their careers in a fast-paced and rewarding field. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team, engaging with potential clients, and learning the ins and outs of sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including lead generation and follow-up
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate information
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with team members to ensure client needs are met
• Provide excellent customer service and support to current and prospective clients
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy sessions
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and related materials

• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
